I know how it feels to have tried everything. You eat healthily, you exercise, you educate yourself. But it’s not working. Your anxiety remains. You can’t shift those pounds. You fear food and its effect on you.

I’m here to help.

I want you to live a life you love. Not a life of denial, anxiety and overwhelm. Not a life of counting calories or eating sticks of celery.

I’m a foodie through and through. I love healthy, easy-to-prepare meals with fresh ingredients. But I want the food I eat to work hard. I want it to taste good and be good for me.

Whether it’s nausea every mealtime, embarrassing bloating or plain old painful weight gain, I empower my clients to educate themselves on the causes, triggers and habits that inhibit them and prevent them living the life they want.

I’m going to be honest. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. As a holistic nutritionist, I take your health history, emotional state, lifestyle habits, and current diet into consideration before suggesting a course of action. Then we take that action. Together.
