Holistic Nutrition is a natural approach to health that uses evidence-based methods for diet, lifestyle, and detoxification. We don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach; rather, we look at a person’s health history, emotional state, lifestyle habits, and current diet to determine the root cause(s) of the health issue. As a holistic health coach, my goal is to provide you with support and motivation, as well as a wellness plan that is tailored, as each person is unique with her or his requirements and lifestyle. I work with each individual to optimize wellness through the implementation of nutrient-dense foods, natural supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations.
